Business Performance Best Practices Inc. was established in 2009 to provide consulting for educational institutions, to manage school business operation and academic, and to provide solutions to multiple academic programs based on researches.

The vision is to lead academic performance through teachers’ best practices. Best practices will lead academic institutions to highly effective performance, thus, the students will achieve academic growth.

Raul Baez, EdD in Educational Leadership and Organizational Leadership, is the chief financial officer and main researcher of Business Performance. Dr. Baez has over 20 years in classroom, administrative, and supervisory experience. He is the developer of the online Coach One teacher evaluation performance, which was a requirement for Florida Department of Education, and is used at multiple districts in Florida and Central America.

Business performance brings solutions for school management, human resources, benefits package, professional development training, and online teacher and administrator evaluation. Business Performance has presented multiple times at the Florida Charter School Conference and Universities.
